Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum volume to work with you?
No, there is no minimum. Our pricing adapts to your volume: a flat fee below 300 orders a month, a price per order from 300 to 1,000 orders, and a tailored offer above 1,000.
Which online shops do you connect with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce (Magento), PrestaShop, Shopware and Wix, as well as the Odoo and SAP ERPs. Platform not listed? Let’s talk.
When does an order ship?
Every order received before 2 pm on a working day ships the same day.
Where are my goods stored?
In the Benelux and France, with delivery coverage across the whole of Europe.
