We take the protection of your data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect on supplytiptop.com, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law.

Data we collect
Quote request form
Full name, company, business email, phone number, your online shop (optional), estimated monthly volume, product type and your message. To block abusive submissions, the server keeps an irreversible fingerprint (hash) of your IP address for one hour (never the address itself).
Direct communication
The information you send us by email, by phone or via WhatsApp.
Technical data
This site uses no analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting provider IONOS records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page visited) needed for the security and proper operation of the server. They are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for 3 years after the last contact, then deleted.
Client data is kept for the duration of the contract, then for the applicable statutory periods.
Who can access it
- The SupplyTipTop team handling your enquiry.
- Our business email system, which receives the requests sent through the form.
- Our hosting provider, IONOS SE (Germany), which hosts the website.
- Meta (WhatsApp), only if you choose to contact us through that channel.
Your data is hosted and processed in the European Union. If you write to us via WhatsApp, Meta may process some data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing, object to its processing or request its portability. Write to us at contact@supplytiptop.com; we will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
